What is the First-Go Guarantee?
If you don't pass your driving test on the first attempt, we will provide you with a one-hour free driving lesson to address the feedback from your examiner and prepare you for your next attempt.
How We Prepare You
Our expert Sydney driving instructors will:
- Assess & Refine: Identify specific areas of your driving that need improvement.
- Test Route Familiarisation: Guide you through actual test routes to build comfort.
- Failure Item Analysis: Explain every potential "fail item" in detail and show you step-by-step how to avoid them.
- Error Correction: Work with you until every mistake is fixed, giving you the best possible chance of passing on your first try.
Your Driving Test Day: What to Expect
When you book our Test Car Package, we ensure your day is stress-free:
- Pickup: Your instructor will pick you up and take you to the testing centre in their dual-controlled vehicle (or your own, if preferred).
- The Test: The Service NSW Examiner will conduct the test. Please note that the instructor does not sit in the car during the exam.
- No Hidden Fees: If your test runs late beyond the standard 45 minutes, we do not charge extra fees.
- Drop-off: After the results are given, your instructor will take you home or to a preferred nearby location.
Important Test Tips
- Communication is Key: If you aren't sure of a direction, ask the Examiner to clarify. You can even ask to confirm the speed limit if you are uncertain.
- The Scoring: At the end of the drive, the Examiner enters the data, and the computer evaluates your score.
- Pass Requirements: You must achieve a minimum score of 90% with no "Immediate Fail" items recorded.
Terms & Conditions
- Approval: Your instructor must approve your "First-Go Guarantee" eligibility based on your progress before you take the test.
- Redemption: Your free lesson must be taken within 30 days of your first attempt.
- Coverage: The guarantee applies to a maximum of two test attempts in total.

- Proof of Identity
- Driver Knowledge Test (DKT)
