TERMS OF USE WITH REGARD TO INSTRUCTOR VEHICLE FOR DRIVING TEST:
Upon requesting the rental of an Instructor vehicle for the purposes of participating in the driving test, the Learner takes full responsibility for:
• all damage to the vehicle if Learner is "at fault" or cannot identify nor have details of the person "at fault".
• damage that is caused by the vehicle that is within Learner’s control.
• theft or loss of the vehicle.
• all fines accumulated during the driving test, regardless of when they are issued by the relevant authority.
Additionally, the Learner states that in such an event the Learner agrees to pay for the costs of repairs to the vehicle &/or property collided with, subject to the renter of two agreed quotes including...
• actual cost of repairs
• any towing fees
• any excesses ($1400)
• any fines
In the case of a disastrous incident, where the cost to repair is greater than the excess fees, the Learner will pay within 14 days.
Social Media
L Driver Training School may tag you in a photo on Social Media or include your Facebook profile photo if you leave a testimonial. You can request for photo to not be displayed or shared.
Business Transfers
If L Driver Training School was acquired, or in the unlikely event that it goes out of business
or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred
or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and
that any acquirer of L Driver Training School may continue to use your personal information
as set forth in this policy.
