At L Driver Training School we are always looking for new driving instructors to join our multi-award winning team of professional instructors. No experience is necessary to join L Driver Training School. As long as you are passionate about driving and teaching others, we will provide all necessary trainings. However, if you are currently an instructor we can give you a great opportunity to expand your business by taking advantage of our name and reputation.
To be one of our Sydney driving instructors you:
- Must have a late model vehicle in very good condition, preferably less than 3 years old
- Must be a fluent English speaker
- Must not have any criminal background
- Must have a NSW Driving Instructor Licence*
- Excellent hourly rates, work less – earn more
- Lowest commission rate in the industry
- Full flexibility to set your own hours, you tell us when you’re available – and we only schedule lessons during those times
- Non-exclusive Agreement
- Ongoing training and educational programs as well as one on one mentoring with our experienced instructors to help you grow your business and instructing ability
- Phone and email support from L Driver Training
- Fortnightly Payments

- Northern Beaches (Auto, Manual Male or Female)
- North Shore (Auto, Manual Male or Female)
- St George & Sutherland (Auto, Manual Male or Female)
- Inner West (Auto, Manual Male or Female)
